Cooking & Bread

I love good food, and I love cooking it myself. My first salary at my current job went to buying a real expensive, real good chefs knife. I hope it will last for the rest of my life.

During the pandemic I developed a hobby of baking Bread.

Top left is bread baked with beer. Top right is bread in pan. Bottom left is normal white toast bread, and bottom right is braided bread.

I am particularly fond of sourdough bread. This is sourdough bread I made for christmas.

Hiking & Outdoors

I love spending time in the great outdoors. Hiking through nature and the tranquility that comes with it is something everyone should experience. Yes, there will be bugs. Yes, your feet will hurt. Yes, you won’t get much sleep. But beyond that is an amazing experience.

Oh, and the best meat-based food while outdoors is sausage.
